Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 3 to 7 business days.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real-time.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, RESOULI LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier customs procedures, severe weather, or unexpected logistics issues.
